Position Summary
We are looking for a driven full-stack developer responsible for developing web applications. We work with a variety of technologies based on the needs of our clients, and experience with Python, Ruby, React, and Angular are a big plus.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you can expect to:
- Work with other NextLink engineers to write reusable, testable, efficient code
- Communicate directly with clients to discuss feature development
- Work in an agile team environment with weekly standups to build new features
- Engage in code reviews of your teammates' work
Excellent candidates will have most or all of the following skills:
- Experience with Django, Rails, React, or Angular
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with being a part of an agile team
- Ability to create estimates during feature development
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Strong unit-testing and debugging abilities
- Proficient understanding of version control systems (Git)
- (BONUS) Experienced with DevOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
