AI Value Assessment
Find where AI pays off, in four weeks.
The first step on every AI engagement. You leave with a ranked list of workflows with a value next to each, the guardrails to run them safely, and a fixed-price proposal for the first one.
Four weeks · from $10,000 · you keep the deliverables
Two ways in
Whether or not you know where AI fits.
The baseline is the same. We pick the mode with you before the work is scoped.
Open-ended
You do not yet know where AI fits. We find the workflows worth doing and rank them.
Known use case
The workflow is already identified, such as quoting or operations. We size it, set its guardrails, and scope the build.
What happens
Four weeks, week by week.
Kickoff and interviews
Interviews with the people who do the work and the people who approve it.
Systems and data
We map the systems those workflows touch and set the guardrails: data boundaries, approvals, cost, logging.
Synthesis and scoring
Each candidate is scored on value, effort, integration, data readiness, and risk.
Readout
Your executive sponsor is in the room. The fixed-price proposal for the first phase is presented there.
What you bring
A sponsor, three to five people, and access.
An executive sponsor, 3 to 5 stakeholders, and access to your systems in weeks 1 and 2.
What the readout answers
- Where is the value? Which workflows, in what order, and what each one is worth in hours, cycle time, or margin.
- What are the guardrails? What data the tools may touch, who can approve what, how an agent proves who it is acting for, what it costs per month, and what gets logged.
- Who builds it, and who runs it afterward? A small embedded team now, growing only as the business case justifies it, with your own people trained to own it by the end.
What you keep
Seven deliverables. All of them yours.
- Current-state map
- Scored opportunity register
- Value case
- Target architecture and guardrails
- Phased roadmap
- Executive readout
- Fixed-price proposal for Phase 1
