Agent governance
Agent governance is a program, not a purchase.
We help companies control what AI coding agents and other agents can reach and do. We design the policy model, wire it into the identity and audit systems you already run, and set up the cadence so it keeps working after we leave.

The part the tool leaves to you
The tool is the easy part. The decisions are yours.
Stand up runtime governance and you inherit these on day one. They are policy questions wearing technical clothes.
Which tools are sanctioned
Which MCP servers are approved, and who approves a new one when a developer finds something useful on a Tuesday.
What each agent can reach
The network and filesystem scope each class of agent actually needs.
Which credentials
Which credentials an agent may use, and for what.
Where the logs go
Who reads them, and what they do when something looks wrong.
Why deployments stall
Deny everything, and developers route around it.
The tool goes in at its strictest setting, nobody owns the approvals, and agents end up running somewhere your governance has never heard of. Then the dashboard says you are covered when you are not.
What a working program needs
- Sane defaults over maximum restriction. Scope the common cases generously enough that a compliant developer never notices the governance is there.
- A fast exception path with a named owner. When an agent needs something new, someone specific decides, on a clock measured in hours. Slow approvals are how good tools get routed around.
- A cadence. Someone reviews what got requested, what got blocked, and what the logs show, and adjusts the policy. That review is also where your audit evidence comes from.
Where to start
Governance Readiness Sprint. Two to three weeks.
A short, fixed-fee engagement that establishes which agents are in use and what it would take to govern them.
- Agent inventory
- Target policy model
- Gateway deployment plan
- Rollout plan
After the sprint
From policy model to a running program.
Implementation
Gateway deployment, policy configuration, and integration with the identity and audit systems you already run.
Governed agent adoption
For engineering teams rolling out coding agents and putting controls on them at the same time.
Ongoing operation
The review cadence, run with you after implementation, so the policy keeps up with how your teams use agents.
When an agent needs something new next Tuesday, who says yes, and how fast?
If there is no name yet, start there. We will help you find it.
